Deputy directorate of the center:

The Deputy Director General of the Administration Sector has several key functions and responsibilities. He carries out tasks assigned by the Director General and acts on his behalf when specifically delegated in his absence. He is responsible for preparing the sector plan, as well as monitoring, supporting, and evaluating its implementation in accordance with the plan. He also reviews the sector report on a quarterly basis and submits it to the Director General. Furthermore, he collects and organizes general training information, prepares guidelines for the registration of users, and studies and develops systems to facilitate user access to information. The Administration Sector comprises four directorates: The Human Resources Management Directorate, the Finance Directorate, the Directorate of Procurement and Supply Management, and the Information and Communication Technology Department. The Human Resources Management Directorate is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing HR policies and programs that support the organization’s strategic goals. The Directorate of Procurement and Supply Management plans, coordinates, and manages all procurement and supply chain activities, ensures timely acquisition of goods, services, and equipment in compliance with policies and legal requirements, develops procurement plans, evaluates supplier performance, negotiates contracts, oversees supplier relationships, manages inventory control, storage, distribution, and logistics, monitors market trends, conducts procurement audits, provides guidance on procurement procedures, The Finance Directorate manages the organization’s financial resources to ensure efficiency, ensures compliance with financial policies and reporting standards, manages accounting, cash flow, and treasury operations, prepares financial reports, audits, and analyses, develops financial policies and procedures, monitors internal controls
